Early Career Grant 

 

Early career researchers have the opportunity to apply for grant to receive a discounted registration rate. Priority will be given to ECR from Low-Income Countries.

Here are some relevant information about the registration

  • ISMOS is not a legal entity and will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being throughout the duration of ISMOS-10. We strongly recommend that all participants arrange their own travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, medical emergencies, travel delays, and loss of personal belongings.
  • If you need to apply for an USA Visa, please fill out this form and send to Dora Taggart (dtaggart@microbe.com) as soon as possible for signature. Please note that visa application processing times is not within the control of the conference organisers and participants are responsible for their own visa application process. 
  • We understand that plans can change. For cancellations made until June 11th 2025, a FULL refund minus a $50 processing fee will be provided. Cancellations made from June 11th 2025 to July 11th 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 11th 2025.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at NO additional cost. Please notify us of the substitution at least 7 days before the conference.

  • NO refunds will be issued for no-shows.

  • In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, registrants will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
